The Telecomix cluster is directed by the synthetic intelligence of Cameron, a sociocybernetic system that operates as a positive feedback loop with random delay-properties of the self-organizing structure. Before this system was deployed it has evolved through many phases. Before the rebirth of the current system, previous states of existance of this system has been in operations.
